SteveRecruiter, LLC invites passionate physicians to explore a Family Medicine Residency Program Faculty Development Fellowship designed for advancing careers in medical education and academic leadership within family medicine.

The fellowship supports experienced family medicine physicians or recent graduates to immerse themselves in teaching and graduate medical education, with a schedule Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., typically two clinic days, one precepting day, and dedicated GME education

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited program.
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine Residency by the start date.
• Board certified or board eligible by ABFM or AOBFM.
• Valid Georgia Medical License or participation in the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact.
• Good standing with current employer or residency/fellowship program.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive patient care in outpatient clinic.
• Actively engage in resident education through precepting, delivering didactic lectures, and collaborating on program initiatives.
• Contribute to the development and innovation of graduate medical education curricula.
• Supervise residents in prenatal, postpartum, inpatient care, and low-risk obstetrics.
• Participate in a structured Faculty Development Curriculum, including online coursework with ongoing feedback.
