Top Echelon Software, LLC invites physicians to join a Family Medicine Residency Program Faculty Development Fellowship designed for those advancing in medical education and academic leadership.

The role focuses on teaching residents, curriculum development, and leadership within graduate medical education, with a schedule Monday–Friday, no overnight calls, and OB/inpatient coverage as optional.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree required.
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine Residency Program.
• Board certification or eligibility in ABFM or AOBFM.
• Georgia medical license or IMLC participation desired.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive outpatient care.
• Engage in resident education through precepting and lectures.
• Develop and innovate GME curricula.
• Supervise residents in prenatal, postpartum, inpatient care, and low-risk obstetrics.
• Participate in a structured Faculty Development Curriculum with feedback.
