77 consultants in Indiana seeks a patient-centered Family Medicine physician to join the residency as Core Faculty. The role centers on outpatient primary care, continuity clinics, and active resident teaching in inpatient/outpatient settings.

Core Faculty commit at least 60% effort to the residency, with 75% precepting, 10% lectures, and 15% administrative tasks. Board certification/eligibility, Indiana license, and ACLS/BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.
• Indiana Medical License upon appointment.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.

Responsabilités

• Outpatient primary care with emphasis on continuity clinics.
• Teaching residents in inpatient and outpatient rotations.
• Precepting during rotations and providing scholarly engagement.
• Balance teaching with direct patient care and administrative duties.
