Job summary

Community Health Center North of Boston is seeking an experienced Family Medicine Physician for Core Faculty in its Residency Program. The role emphasizes teaching, mentorship, curriculum development, and scholarly activities.

Responsibilities include workshops, grand rounds, clinical supervision, bedside teaching, and feedback to residents. Direct patient care is 3–4 sessions weekly with a 450–600 patient panel.

Qualifications

• Experience in post-residency clinical practice and medical education.
• Ability to mentor residents and contribute to curriculum development.
• Evidence-based teaching and scholarly activity involvement.

Responsibilities

• Teach and mentor residents; develop curriculum and oversee scholarly activities.
• Lead workshops and grand rounds; provide bedside teaching and feedback.
• Collaborate with Residency Program Director to design the curriculum.
• Mentor residents in research and quality improvement projects.
• Schedule 3–4 clinical sessions per week; manage a 450–600 patient panel.
• Supervise residents in patient care 3–4 sessions per week; 4 hours each.
