Job summary

Titan Placement Group is seeking a Family Medicine Physician (FM) & Core Faculty in Marion, Indiana, to join a physician-led team with a focus on resident education and curriculum development. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, a strong earning potential, and opportunities to influence the next generation of family physicians.

You will teach across bedside, clinic, and classroom settings, collaborating with residency leadership to strengthen curriculum and advance the overall program

Qualifications

• Board-certified Family Medicine physician with a passion for teaching and program development.
• Experience or interest in resident education and curriculum development.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate to improve residency outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Focus on resident education and program development across bedside, clinic, and classroom settings.
• Collaborate with residency leadership to strengthen curriculum and grow the program.
• Teach and mentor Family Medicine residents and contribute to academic leadership.
