Aultman Hospital – Canton, Ohio is seeking a Family Medicine Assistant Program Director to join the 7-7-7 Community Based/University-Affiliated Family Medicine Residency Program in Canton. This role will oversee residents and students, develop and monitor curricula, and ensure high-quality outpatient care in an FQHC setting with inpatient teaching supervision several times a year.

The position emphasizes scholarly activity and education across diverse patient populations and affiliated sites.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in Family Medicine.
• Licensed to practice medicine in Ohio.
• Prenatal care experience is desired.

Responsibilities

• Train residents and students in a residency program.
• Develop, monitor, and revise curricula for residents and students.
• Provide high-quality outpatient care in an FQHC environment.

Family Medicine Assistant Program Director

Aultman Hospital – Canton, Ohio

We are seeking a family medicine core faculty member for our 7-7-7 Community Based/University-Affiliated Family Medicine Residency Program in Canton, OH. The position includes training residents and students, developing, monitoring, and revising the curricula, providing high-quality outpatient care in an FQHC environment, supervision on our inpatient teaching service 6-7 times annually, and scholarly activity.

We provide care to a diverse patient population in a variety of settings including inpatient, outpatient in a FQHC, local health department, and migrant health clinic. We have graduates from over 50 years practicing in various settings throughout the country and abroad.

Qualifications

1) MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school

2) Board Certification in Family Medicine

3) Licensed to practice medicine in the State of Ohio

4) Prenatal care experience is desired
