Job summary

Intermountain Health in Grand Junction, CO seeks a Family Medicine APP to join our large downtown clinic, collaborating with nurses, medical assistants, a nurse practitioner, care coordinators, and integrated behavioral health providers to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Current state license as a Physician Assistant or Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
• Certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
• Eligible for State Controlled Substance License II through V.
• Eligible for Federal DEA Certificate II through V.
• BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Other certification as required (e.g. ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP).

Responsibilities

• Provide family medicine care in a large downtown clinic with a collaborative care team.
• Coordinate with nurses, medical assistants, and behavioral health providers to deliver comprehensive care.
• Support ongoing professional development and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
