Revere Medical is seeking an experienced Family Medicine Advanced Practitioner to join a well-respected and very busy community-based practice in Greenbriar, Tennessee. This is a wonderful opportunity to become part of a well-established primary care practice joining a group of two providers . Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population, including children, adult and geriatric patients
- Conduct thorough physical exams, diagnose medical conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans
- Promote health education and disease prevention
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and manage chronic conditions
- Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate up-to-date medical records and patient charts
- Stay current with medical advancements and best practices in Primary Care
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification
- Comfortable using new technology and software
- Minimum of one year of APP experience
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
