Qualifications

• FNP or PA with at least 2 years of family medicine experience.
• Cover letter highlighting your experience and interest in the position is preferred.
• Graduate of accredited graduate school of nursing or physician assistant program with a master's degree.

Responsabilités

• Provide family medicine care for patients across the lifespan.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Deliver preventive health screenings, education, and wellness services.
• Coordinate care with physicians, APPs, and specialty providers.
