Creighton University Phoenix Family Medicine Residency and District Medical Group seek a board-certified Family Medicine physician interested in academic medicine. This role combines a full-time outpatient practice with part-time teaching, supervision, and mentorship of residents and medical students in outpatient and inpatient settings.

Qualifications
- Board-certified Family Medicine physician with interest in academic medicine.
- Full-time outpatient practice with part-time teaching, supervision, and mentorship.

- Participation in residency conferences and quality improvement initiatives.
- Arizona medical licensure and Family Medicine board certification or eligibility are required.
