Job summary

Growing Community Medical Center in Glendive, MT seeks a Family Medicine physician to join a small, collaborative team. The role offers a fully guaranteed salary in the $280,000–$300,000 range, a full benefits package, and strong relocation assistance including 6 months of free temporary housing.

There is a sign-on bonus of $5,000 for CME, loan repayment up to $150,000, and 7 weeks of annual time off. EMR is Cerner; Montana license is required to practice in-state.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required for practice.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine.
• Montana medical license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered Family Medicine care with a 4.5-day work week.
• See 14–16 patients per day with a team of 2 FM providers and 1 midlevel.
• Handle calls with a 1:4 ratio, mostly by phone and limited in-person visits.
