Growing Community Medical Center in Glendive, MT is seeking an OB/GYN to join a small, stable practice. This position offers a 4.5 day work week, patient load of 12-14 per day, and a highly supportive team.

Compensation includes a fully guaranteed salary of $350k–$400k, plus a comprehensive benefits package, relocation assistance, loan repayment, and a sign-on for CME. MT medical license required, and minimal on-call time is expected.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with OB/GYN board certification/eligibility in Montana.
• Must hold MT medical license and state credentials.

Responsabilités

• Provide OB/GYN patient care in a rural Montana setting.
• Manage patient load of 12-14 patients per day with a 4.5 day work week.
• Collaborate with a small team to maintain quality care.
• Participate in on-call schedule with minimal on-call burden.
