Job details

1. Full time (36 clinical hours per week)
2. Family Medicine
3. 2-year guaranteed salary of $305,647
4. Up to $125K in student loan forgiveness and sign-on bonus
5. New growth opportunity for our clinic in Racine, WI – currently with 3 family physicians, seeking to add two more
6. Outpatient practice with 5 FM physicians; minimal call supported by nurse triage
7. State-of-the-art clinic implementing a collaborative care model emphasizing population health and point-of-service care
8. Easy access to specialty referrals within our system, fully integrated via Epic EMR
9. Stable health care system ranked in the top decile for quality of patient care
10. Employed position with comprehensive benefits, fully funded malpractice insurance, CME allowance, relocation assistance, and options for student loan forgiveness or sign-on bonus
