Family Medicine Position at Delta Companies Inc.

Compensation and Benefits

• Up to $300,000 with clinical experience
• Sign-on bonus: $20,000 plus $10,000 paid every 6 months
• Medical, dental, and vision coverage + 403B investment program
• PTO days, 8 holidays and 1 floating day
• Continuing Medical Education: 5 days for $3,000

Responsibilities and Facility Details

• Outpatient clinic only with bread and butter cases
• Monday to Friday with 4 hours a week for administrative time
• No weekends or after-hours coverage
• Student loan repayment: Allen County, Indiana has an HPSA score of 21 for Primary Care
