COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• No tax state
• Salary: $300K to $350K
• Relocation - $30k
• Sign-on 10% of base salary
• Retention: 10% of salary year mark
• CME: 5 days + allowance
• Student Loan Repayment through NHSC – ISH
• Annual Base Increase up to 7%
• PTO: Yes – Over 400 hours paid out if not used. Plus 13 Federal Holidays

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS

• Clinic: 4 days 8am–5pm; 1 day will be 9:30am–6:30pm
• 4 times yearly Saturday clinic
• PPD: 12–14
• Integrated Care model
• Strong support staff plus your own MA
• EMR: Cerner
