Opportunity for Family Medicine Physician in Indiana

Indiana is ranked as one of the top three friendliest states for physicians due to malpractice reform and high reimbursement rates. We are seeking a BE/BC primary care physician to join one of the fastest-growing physician-led teams in the area. Join a collaborative team focused on quality care!

Details of the Opportunity:

1. Join a well-established department with over 20 providers, including APPs.
2. Practice with autonomy in physician-directed medicine, including in-office procedures, full lab, imaging, and diagnostics.
3. One-year track to shareholder status.
4. Minimal call requirements (only 2-3 weekends annually).
5. Access to a large specialty consultation base and teaching opportunities with two FM residencies and IU School of Medicine.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Guaranteed lucrative base salary with RVU bonus potential and recruitment incentives, with earning potential over $300K.
