The Law Office of Bryan Fagan in Abilene seeks an Associate Attorney – Family Law to lead high-stakes family law cases from intake to final decree, supported by our marketing and administrative engine.

You will argue in court, draft pleadings, manage complex dockets, conduct depositions and mediations, and provide compassionate, results-driven representation for clients navigating divorce, SAPCR, and guardianship issues.

Qualifications

• A valid Texas bar license for a minimum of 2 years.
• At least 2 years of dedicated Texas Family Law litigation.
• Highly organized, fearless courtroom advocate with experience in hearings, pleadings, and discovery.

Responsibilities

• Lead contested divorces, SAPCR cases, and protective orders.
• Represent clients in Harris County and surrounding courts.
• Conduct depositions, mediations, and First-Chair trials using knowledge of the Texas Family Code.
• Draft pleadings and manage discovery with precision.
