Modern Family Law, a rapidly expanding national firm, is seeking 3Ls and recent graduates for the MFL Academy’s Residency Program in Texas offices (Austin, Dallas, or San Antonio). The role is hybrid and requires sitting for the February 2027 or July 2027 Bar exam, with residency leading to an Associate Attorney position after passing the Bar.

The program offers mentorship, training in family law and courtroom advocacy, direct client contact, and access to cutting-edge technology.

Qualifikationen

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Register for the upcoming February or July Bar exam.
• Attain a passing score on the MPRE before sitting for the Bar exam.
• Timely submission and approval of Character & Fitness application.
• Experience in Family Law Clinics is a plus.
• Mock Trial experience is a plus.
