• Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, including hearings, mediations, trials, and case preparation.
• Manage litigation deadlines, court calendars, scheduling, and case organization.
• Prepare hearing notebooks, exhibits, trial binders, and supporting documentation.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and third parties in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist with discovery management, document collection, and file organization.
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to help cases progress efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain accurate billing entries and case management documentation.
