Job description

Holland & Hart’s tax practice group is seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal with 3-7 years of experience to join the firm in its Denver location. The application window is anticipated to close on or after December 15, 2026. Holland & Hart reserves the right to close the position prior to or after this date.

Position requirements

Candidates should have significant experience in family law litigation and premarital and marital agreements. Experience with estate and tax planning, trust and estates litigation, lifetime estate tax planning transactions and corporate or real estate transactions would be a plus. Youmust also be a self-starter and a team player and have excellent attention to detail, stellar client communication skills, the ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, and the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate required. Compensation and Expectations

Holland & Hart’s compensation is merit-based—you’ll be evaluated on your individual performance and achievements and on your contributions to the team’s efforts. The compensation range for paralegals in Colorado is $46.15 - $60.26 per hour based on a 37.5-hour work week. Paralegals are eligible to receive overtime and a discretionary bonus may be available based on performance.
