Experienced Family Law Paralegal - Minimum 5 Years Family Law Experience!

Are you a skilled Family Law Paralegal with a passion for helping families navigate life’s most important transitions? Our highly respected New Jersey family law firm is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced professional to join our team!

Responsibilities
  • Support attorneys in all phases of family law matters, including divorce, custody, child support, alimony, domestic violence, and equitable distribution.
  • Draft pleadings, certifications, motions, discovery requests/responses, Case Information Statements, and trial preparation materials.
  • Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel with professionalism and compassion.
  • Manage deadlines, maintain organized case files, and keep cases moving forward efficiently.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of direct family law paralegal experience in New Jersey.
  • Strong knowledge of New Jersey family law rules, procedures, and filing system.
  • Excellent writing, drafting, and organizational skills.
  • A client-focused mindset with the ability to balance empathy and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently while being a collaborative member of the team.
