Qualifikationen

• 3 to 10 years of specialized experience in New Jersey family law
• Currently working at a private law firm
• Paralegal degree or Certificate
• Must live in Bergen County or surrounding area

Job Duties

• Drafting: Write pleadings, motions, and agreements
• Client contact: Answering client questions and gathering case details
• Client Interaction: Serve as a primary point of contact to gather information and provide case status updates
• Case and Calendar Management: Maintain court deadlines, schedule hearings or mediations, and handle electronic court filing (e-filing)
• Court prep: Organizing exhibits and lining up documents for trial
• Case Information Statements
