Qualifications

• Previous experience as a paralegal or in another legal field.
• Family law experience is a plus.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Deadline- and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents.
• Investigate facts to support negotiations.
• Manage discovery in domestic relations cases, including drafting and organizing discovery.
• Work with clients directly.
• Meet discovery deadlines and scheduling orders.
• Support a 25-hour-a-week billable requirement.
