Ideal candidates will have a JD, active CA Bar license, excellent verbal and interpersonal skills, and the ability to quickly understand complex situations while guiding clients through engagement steps.

Responsibilities

• Consult with prospective family law clients via phone, video, and in person.
• Assess client needs and determine case suitability for the firm.
• Build rapport and confidence with clients during challenging times.
• Explain firm services, retainer requirements, and next steps.
• Match clients with the appropriate attorney based on various factors.
• Coordinate strategic consultations with litigators as needed.
• Guide clients through the engagement process and initial onboarding.
