Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload with approximately 60% family law litigation and 40% probate/estate planning.
• Independently appear in court for contested family law hearings.
• Maintain strong client communication from initial consultation through resolution.
• Handle probate and estate planning matters with autonomy and direct client contact.
• Draft wills, powers of attorney, medical directives, revocable trusts, and other estate planning documents.
• Counsel clients on estate planning strategies and guide families through probate process.
• Meet monthly billable target of ~120 hours; collaborate with paralegals and staff.
• Work with attorneys across practice areas when client needs overlap.
