Stange Law Firm, PC is seeking a motivated attorney to join the team in St. Charles, Missouri, handling family-law matters with direct client contact. You will manage cases from inception to resolution, negotiate settlements, and appear in court to advocate for clients.

Qualifications

• A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• An active Missouri law license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Manage family law matters from inception through resolution.
• Advise and communicate regularly with clients.
• Draft pleadings, motions, judgments, orders, discovery, and legal correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Prepare clients and witnesses for depositions, hearings, mediation, and trial.
• Attend court appearances, conferences, mediations, hearings, and trials.
• Negotiate settlements and advocate effectively for clients.
• Maintain organized and accurate case files.
• Record billable time consistently in accordance with firm policies.
• Work collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and firm leadership.
• Participate in professional-development and internal attorney-training programs.
