Stange Law Firm, PC seeks a Family Law Attorney to join our Branson area through our Springfield office. You will manage cases, work directly with clients, negotiate settlements, and appear in court, handling matters from inception to resolution.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active Missouri law license in good standing.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage family law matters from inception through resolution.
• Advise clients and maintain regular, professional client communication.
• Draft pleadings, motions, judgments, orders, discovery, and correspondence.
• Appear at conferences, mediations, hearings, and trials.
• Negotiate settlements and advocate effectively for clients.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
