We offer a base salary of $120,000 to $170,000 per year, with the potential for quarterly performance bonuses and a flexible hybrid schedule once established, plus a client-centered environment focused on compassionate

Qualifications

• Active Arizona Bar license in good standing.
• 2+ years of family law experience.
• Experience with divorce, custody, support, or related family law matters.
• Familiarity with litigation, pleadings, discovery, and court procedures.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and legal writing skills.
• Ability to manage cases, prioritize deadlines, and work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Manage family law matters involving divorce, child custody, child support, and spousal maintenance.
• Develop case strategies and provide thoughtful, practical legal guidance to clients.
• Draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Conduct discovery, prepare depositions, and negotiate resolutions.
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Work closely with our legal team to deliver outstanding client service.
• Build lasting client relationships through clear communication and compassionate advocacy.
