Stange Law Firm, PC seeks a Family Law Attorney for our Topeka or Wichita offices, with strong consideration for candidates in Olathe and surrounding areas.

You will manage cases from inception through resolution, negotiate settlements, and appear in court, providing direct client service in a vigorous family-law practice.

We offer a competitive base salary of $90,000–$120,000, comprehensive health and retirement benefits, and clear opportunities for growth within the firm.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active Kansas law license in good standing.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Effective courtroom, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage cases and client expectations professionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage family law matters from inception through resolution.
• Advise and communicate regularly with clients.
• Draft pleadings, motions, judgments, orders, discovery, and legal correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Prepare clients and witnesses for depositions, hearings, mediation, and trial.
• Attend court appearances, conferences, mediations, hearings, and trials.
• Negotiate settlements and advocate effectively for clients.
• Maintain organized and accurate case files.
