BCG Attorney Search is seeking an experienced family law attorney to join its Goodyear, AZ office. The ideal candidate will handle divorce and parenting time matters from consultation through resolution, with a confident courtroom presence and professional client service.

Applicants must have a JD, be an active Arizona state bar member, and 4–5 years of substantive family law experience. The role requires independent work and strong research, writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills.

Qualifications

• Arizona bar in good standing.
• 4–5 years of substantive family law experience.
• Experience managing family law cases independently.
• Courtroom experience, including contested hearings and trials.
• JD from an accredited law school.
• Strong research, writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Excellent judgment and case strategy development.
• Professional and compassionate client communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload involving divorce, parenting time, and related issues.
• Conduct initial consultations and provide case strategy.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other documents.
• Prepare for hearings, trials, and mediations.
• Communicate with clients professionally and compassionately.
• Collaborate with staff and attorneys to improve client service.
