Compensation & Benefits • Competitive salary + performance-based bonuses • 401(k) with company match • Health, dental, and vision insurance • Paid time off + holidays • Paid CLEs and bar dues • Travel reimbursement for court appearances (as needed) • Opportunity for hybrid or remote work within Arizona Responsibilities: • Collaborate with senior partners and paralegals to effectively move files through the civil litigation process • Attend court proceedings as needed to represent clients • Maintain client files to ensure they are properly organized and up to date • Help solve legal problems for clients through analyzing the situation, understanding their needs, and creating a strategic plan of action • Divide marital assets, including real estate, when necessary during divorce proceedings Qualifications: Required:Licensed to practice law in Arizona , in good standing with the State Bar • 2+ years of experience in family law (litigation or negotiation-focused) • Proven courtroom experience, including temporary orders hearings, evidentiary hearings, and trials • Exceptional legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills • Strong understanding of Arizona family law statutes, case law, and procedural rules • Comfortable managing a full caseload independently, with minimal supervision • Ability to communicate with empathy , build client trust, and maintain professionalism in high-conflict situations • Commitment to ethical, client-centered representation • Proficiency with technology and case management systems (Clio, MyCase, or similar) Preferred: • Experience handling cases involving: • High-conflict custody disputesOrders of protection or domestic violence allegationsDivision of pensions, investment accounts, and other complex assets • Mediation, negotiation, and settlement experience • Familiarity with OFW, Soberlink, or other parenting tools • Knowledge of alienation claims and strategic approaches to combating them • Strong organizational habits and the ability to manage detailed records, timelines, and evidence Compensation: $100,000+ DOE
