About Foundations Family Law & Mediation Center

We view litigation as a last resort and encourage alternative dispute resolution methods, including attorney-assisted negotiations, mediation, and conciliation, to empower clients to maintain control over the outcomes of their cases. We strive to minimize collateral damage to clients, their children, and the family unit by keeping them out of the court system as much as possible.

We are unapologetically pro-women and represent many survivors of coercive control and domestic abuse. To that end, the ideal candidate must also possess superior motion practice skills and be knowledgeable about and sensitive to the unique needs of this clientele. We pride ourselves on being a client-centered firm and value responsiveness, remembering the details of the clients’ cases, and transparency

We value collaboration, supporting one another inside and outside of work, and maintaining a positive attitude and finding the silver lining in difficult situations.
