We are a top Family Law firm located in the Greater Seattle area, with operations in King Pierce and Snohomish counties. Due to growth we have an immediate need for a Family Law Attorney to join our staff. This role can be fully remote or hybrid depending on candidate preference. We offer a strong base salary plus bonuses for hitting billable hours targets.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney with a strong background in divorce cases to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience representing clients in contested and uncontested divorce proceedings, child custody disputes, property division, spousal support, and other related family law matters.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in divorce and family law cases, including negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients with empathy and clarity.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategy.
• Manage caseload efficiently while delivering exceptional client service.
• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure thorough case preparation.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Washington.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in family law, with a focus on divorce cases.
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and communication skills.
