Job summary

Scott M. Brown & Associates in Texas is seeking an Associate Attorney for Family Law with 0–3 years of experience to grow into a skilled courtroom advocate.

You'll manage your own family law cases, meet directly with clients, draft pleadings, conduct discovery, and participate in mediations, hearings, and trials as you develop to lead in complex family matters. Spanish fluency is a plus.

Qualifications

• Licensed Texas attorney in good standing.
• 0–3 years of legal experience in family law preferred.
• Excellent writing, speaking, and advocacy skills.
• Strong work ethic and desire to grow with the firm.
• Professional, dependable, compassionate, and client-focused.
• Spanish fluency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own family law cases with mentorship from experienced attorneys.
