A well-established and growing law firm is seeking a Family Law Attorney to join its busy and respected practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who is looking to gain significant hands‑on experience, manage a diverse family law caseload, and work closely with an experienced partner in a high-volume practice.

The ideal candidate will have approximately 3-5 years of family law experience, though attorneys with more experience are also encouraged to apply. The firm is open to considering recently licensed attorneys who have completed law school, passed the bar, and gained relevant legal experience through clerkships or similar family law‑related roles.

Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of family law matters, including:

  • Post-decree motions and modifications

• Conduct legal research and case analysis

• Manage cases from intake through resolution


• Maintain strong client communication and provide strategic legal counsel


• Meet deadlines and effectively manage a busy caseload

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school


• Licensed to practice law in Minnesota, or eligible for admission


• Approximately 3-5 years of family law experience preferred


• Attorneys with greater experience will also be considered


• Recent graduates who have passed the bar and possess relevant clerkship or family law experience are encouraged to apply

• Base salary: $115,000-$125,000+, depending on experience


• Additional compensation available for highly qualified candidates
