Reel Fathers Rights, a fast-growing family law firm in California, seeks a Senior Trial Attorney to lead high-stakes litigation from inception to resolution. You will develop case strategies, supervise junior staff, and advocate persuasively in court.

Ideal candidates have a JD, active California bar, 8–10 years of family-law trial experience, excellent communication, and a track record of ethical, outcome-driven advocacy in complex cases.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active California state bar membership and in good standing.
• 8–10 years of experience as a trial attorney (Family Law).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities effectively.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship skills.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• High ethical standards and professional integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of litigation, including discovery, motions, trials, and appeals.
• Develop and execute case strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and arguments.
• Prepare and present persuasive legal arguments in court.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, and settlement agreements.
• Collaborate with clients, witnesses, experts, and other attorneys to gather evidence and build strong cases.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior attorneys and paralegals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents.
• Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations.
