Job summary

Griffiths Law PC in Lone Tree, CO seeks a litigation attorney for our family law group. The ideal candidate has trial advocacy experience and Colorado licensure or a few years of experience.

You will work with a shareholder/partner on complex divorce cases and parenting disputes, developing skills to manage a demanding caseload and emotional clients. We offer mentorship, professional development, and a path toward recognition in the field.

Job description

Griffiths Law PC is seeking a litigation attorney, preferably with trial advocacy experience, for our family law group. Candidates with recent Colorado licensure or a few years of experience are encouraged to apply. The position involves working alongside a shareholder or partner handling complex divorce cases, and parenting disputes. The ideal candidate is a go-getter who can work to develop skills in order to manage a demanding case load, work with complex financial issues, partake in court appearances, and deal with clients managing emotional situations. Family law experience is strongly encouraged, but not required.

Compensation includes a base salary and potential bonuses, with a fair estimate for total compensation between $100,000-$125,000 per year, depending on job performance and level of experience.

While we do offer flexibility, this position will be primarily in-person in our Lone Tree office.
