Palmer Law Group, a Texas-based family law firm, seeks an experienced Family Law Attorney for a full-time role in Houston. You will handle divorce, custody, and high-net-worth property matters, provide strategic guidance, and represent clients at hearings and mediations statewide.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dedicated family law experience in Texas.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.)
• Active membership in the State Bar of Texas
• Be in good standing with no history of disciplinary action or public sanctions
• Exceptional oral advocacy, legal writing, and high emotional intelligence
• Knowledge of CRM Systems and the ability to run timers on all your casework
• Understands Google Software
• Ability to work collaboratively in a competitive yet positive environment
• Ability to multitask
• Proficiency in modern practice management software is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage cases involving divorce, child custody, and high-net-worth property division.
• Provide strategic guidance to clients at every stage, represent them during hearings and mediations across Texas, and draft necessary legal documents.

YOUR SCHEDULE
