Orion Placement in Doylestown, PA is seeking an experienced family law attorney to join our established practice. You will handle divorce, custody, and related matters, with opportunities to take ownership of cases and advocate in court.

Active Pennsylvania law license, 2+ years of family law, strong writing and negotiation skills, and ability to work on-site in Doylestown are required. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a collaborative, client-focused team.

Responsabilités

• Manage a diverse caseload involving divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, and related family law matters.
• Represent clients in court hearings, negotiations, settlement conferences, and other legal proceedings.
• Draft pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and other essential legal documents.
• Develop effective case strategies and guide clients through complex legal challenges.
• Conduct discovery, review financial records, and prepare cases for litigation or resolution.
• Collaborate with experienced colleagues to deliver outstanding legal representation.
