Qualifications

• Active bar license in Texas or eligibility to become licensed in TX.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce and custody disputes.
• Provide legal counsel and draft legal documents.
• Represent clients in court hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Negotiate settlements and manage client caseloads to meet deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
