The role involves managing matters from inception to resolution, drafting pleadings, and appearing in mediations, hearings, and trials. A J.D.

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school.
Licensed and in good standing in New Jersey.
Minimum 2 years of family law experience.
Strong writing, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills.
Ability to independently manage cases while collaborating with a team.
Exceptional interpersonal and client communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage a diverse family law caseload from inception through resolution.
Handle matters involving divorce, custody, parenting time, child support, alimony, equitable distribution, and post-judgment issues.
Draft pleadings, motions, certifications, and settlement agreements.
Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive written submissions.
Participate in mediations, settlement conferences, hearings, and trials.
Develop case strategies tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
Provide compassionate yet practical guidance during emotionally challenging situations.
