Job description

Epstein Patierno LLP, with offices in Downtown Denver and Greenwood Village, is a premier Family Law firm representing clients throughout Colorado with the highest of ethical standards and intelligent assertiveness. While the firm’s primary niche is high-end complex Dissolution of Marriage Litigation, the firm also brings cost effective representation to clients of more moderate means. Epstein Patierno also provides cutting edge services in the areas of allocation of Parental Responsibility, mediation, arbitration, PCDM expert witnessing and Collaborative Law.

Required Skills:

This is a full time in office position at the downtown Denver Location. The firm prefers candidates with experience in Family Law, Civil Law and Juvenile Law and as a judicial law clerk. The applicant must have strong research and writing skills, communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Epstein Patierno lawyers also prefer settlement but are ready to go to court if warranted. Strong research and writing skills and confident speaking are a requirement for this position.

Salary range $110K-$150K with a mandatory formulaic bonus program and discretionary bonuses.
