Responsibilities

• Manage cases from initial consultation through settlement or litigation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and parenting plans.
• Represent clients in court hearings and mediations.
• Conduct legal research and develop tailored strategies.
• Negotiate resolutions and maintain strong client communication.
• Build client relationships and collaborate with firm colleagues.
