Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is looking for a dedicated Family Law Associate Attorney in Hickory, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will represent clients during challenging times within the Family Law Practice Area Group, serving Rutherford County and western North Carolina.

Responsibilities include conducting client consultations, attending court, and managing cases from start to finish. Candidates must hold a Juris Doctor degree and be a licensed member of the North Carolina Bar. A strong candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be proficient in legal research.

Qualifications

• Licensed member of the North Carolina Bar, in good standing.
• Previous law firm and litigation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new client consultations.
• Attend court, mediations, and depositions.
• Research and prepare cases for court.
• Participate in case reviews and team trainings.
• Communicate with clients in person, by phone, virtually, and in writing.
• Manage a high volume of cases from start to finish.
