Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in divorce, child custody, parenting time, support, and other family law matters.
• Manage litigation responsibilities, including legal research, discovery, motions, pleadings, and court appearances.
• Develop effective case strategies and advocate for favorable client outcomes.
• Handle matters involving marital property, financial disclosures, and complex asset division.
• Negotiate settlements and help clients resolve disputes whenever possible.
• Collaborate with fellow attorneys and professionals to deliver thoughtful, comprehensive legal solutions.
• Build strong client relationships through clear communication, sound judgment, and responsive service.

Pay:

$100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

Location: Chicago, IL | Hybrid — Enjoy the flexibility of working from home up to 2 days per week while collaborating with our team in the office at least 3 days weekly.

Note: Candidates must have an active Illinois law license and 1+ years of hands‑on civil litigation or family law litigation experience. Previous divorce or matrimonial law experience is preferred but not required. We welcome attorneys from law firms, solo practices, and in‑house backgrounds who have relevant litigation experience.
