Job summary

Clear Concepts, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join a well-established primary care team in Alabama.

The role focuses on delivering patient-centered outpatient care, preventive services, and coordinated chronic disease management in a supportive environment. Ideal candidates will be MD or DO, board certified or eligible in Family or Internal Medicine, and eligible for Alabama licensure.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Alabama.
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to adult patients.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Conduct preventive health evaluations and wellness visits.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Educate patients on disease prevention and lifestyle changes.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records.
• Engage in quality improvement and evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with providers, specialists, and support staff.
