This full-time role emphasizes preventive care, chronic disease management, and coordinated care within a supportive health system.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Alabama.
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to adult patients.
• Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Conduct preventive health evaluations, physical exams, and wellness visits.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Educate patients on disease prevention and lifestyle modifications.
• Maintain precise and timely electronic medical records.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with advanced practice providers, specialists, and support staff.
