Job summary

Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Eligible for medical licensure in Alabama.
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to adult patients.
- Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Conduct preventive health evaluations, physical exams, and wellness visits.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Educate patients on disease prevention and lifestyle modifications.
- Maintain precise and timely electronic medical records.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate with advanced practice providers, specialists, and support staff.
