North Memorial Health Clinics – Brooklyn Park, MN seeks a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join a collaborative team focused on empowering patients and delivering exceptional service.

The position offers a two-year salary guarantee with a signing bonus and the greater of guarantee or production compensation ($314,000 at 1.0 FTE). Epic EHR, retirement plans, CME and relocation support are provided.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited Medical or Osteopathic School.
• Completion of an ABMS-approved family medicine or internal medicine residency.
• Ability to obtain Minnesota medical license; valid DEA registration.

Aufgaben

• Provide Family Medicine or Internal Medicine care in outpatient clinic.
• Participate in collaboration with MTM Pharmacists, Care Coordination, Nurse Call Center, Diabetes Educators, Community Paramedics, and Social Workers.
• Outpatient only call with nurse triage as first contact; call by phone, less than one week per year.
