Locums in Valparaiso, IN is seeking a Physician for Family Medicine or Internal Medicine to join an outpatient clinic on a full-time basis. The role features a Monday–Friday schedule, clinical + call coverage, and EPIC EMR documentation.

You will care for a full spectrum of patients in a supportive system with colleagues dedicated to quality care. Compensation is a highly competitive, MGMA-aligned salary with sign-on and relocation options.

• EMR System: EPIC - HIMSS Stage VII certified
• Office Equipment Available: Standard outpatient clinic tools
• Specialty Backup Available: Collegial group of system physicians
• Support Staff Available: Shared office with a Primary Care Provider

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

• Credentialing Timeline: 90-120 days post-offer
